Tiff Knighten spent years in publicity, integrated marketing, and corporate communications, building brands, shaping narratives, and watching from the inside as the same story played out over and over. The people doing the most impactful work in the room weren't getting the credit, the compensation, or the platform they deserved.

In 2020, she founded Brand Curators to start building that infrastructure herself.

Brand Curators was built to amplify the voices of women-identifying, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ creatives and visionaries who are sparking revolutions and reshaping industries in real time. Tiff Knighten has always believed that the right story, told well, can change the trajectory of a career. As the Founder and CEO of Brand Curators, she’s spent her career doing exactly that: building visibility for the people who deserve to take up space. An empathetic leader and community builder at her core, Tiff centers human connection in every client relationship, showing up not just as a strategist but also as a thought partner, mentor, and advocate.

  • Before founding Brand Curators in 2020, Tiff built her expertise across corporate communications, event publicity, and digital strategy, working at MTV, VH1, NASDAQ, and Super Bowl XLVIII. Today, her agency has been recognized among PR Net's Top 100 PR Agencies, and Tiff herself has been named a 2024 Distinguished Communicator of Color by the Diversity Action Alliance, a Top PR Pro in the Creator Economy by Business Insider, and one of the Propel 100 Most Influential PR Tech Leaders in the World. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.A. in Public Relations and Journalism, a professional speaker, contributing writer, and the host of Main Character Energy with Tiff Knighten, a podcast about personal growth, mental health, and owning your narrative.
